About the Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Audiobook Producers to join our award-winning global production team in London. As a Bolinda Producer, you’ll work across narrator and author liaison, in-studio recording, post-production, sound design, and the final mastering of audio for multiple formats including CD, MP3CD, and digital.

This is a hands-on, creatively rich role for someone with a deep appreciation for sound and storytelling, a producer’s mindset, and a love of delivering world-class audio experiences.

 

Your Responsibilities

Recording & Studio Production

  • Direct, manage, and support narrators of all experience levels throughout the recording process
  • Facilitate seamless, high-quality recording sessions
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of audio theory, signal flow, and production best practices
  • Operate Pro Tools at a high level of efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage large-scale projects and complex audio assets
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

 

Pre & Post-Production

  • Edit, mix, and master large Pro Tools sessions to industry standards
  • Create immersive sound design and soundscapes to elevate audiobook experiences
  • Maintain a keen ear for detail and ensure strict quality control
  • Deliver finished audio to exact specifications, on time and on brief
  • Make thoughtful, creative decisions while working under pressure

 

What You Bring to the Role

  • Exceptional command of the English language and grammar
  • Previous experience in audiobook production or related voice/audio recording projects
  • Expert knowledge of Pro Tools and audio post-production workflows
  • Familiarity with additional DAWs (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability with new software
  • Outstanding organisation, communication, and administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a tight-knit team
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quali
